A good tip is to measure an item you already own and compare it with the dimensions listed in this guide.

A Length

Start measuring from the top of the collar at the highest point of the shoulder. Extend the tape to the bottom end of the tee.

B Width

Begin at the seam right below one sleeve and extend the tape across to the seam under the opposite sleeve.
